1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Heat Sensitivity Notice During warmer months, we take extra care in packaging to prevent melting. However, we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to high heat (e.g., in outdoor mailboxes).
Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your candles must be in the same condition that you received them: unlit, unused, and in their original packaging. 3. Damages and Issues Candles are delicate. If your order arrives damaged (broken glass or melted wax), please contact us immediately at care@bevelstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
